By card, BLIK, Apple Pay or Google Pay — charged right away when you book. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?+
No — you can leave keys with a neighbour, in a lockbox, or arrange access directly with the cleaner.
What if I'm not happy with the service?+
Report it within 24 hours and we'll redo the cleaning for free or issue a refund.
Are cleaning supplies included in the price?+
Yes, the cleaner arrives with professional equipment and supplies.
