This policy explains what personal data CleanHomes collects, why, and what rights you have over it.

What data we collect
When you book a cleaning: your name, email, phone number, and service address. If you create an account: your login email and (for staff/admin accounts) a securely hashed password — we never store passwords in plain text. Payment card details are never seen or stored by us at all; payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
To create and fulfil your booking (performance of a contract), to send booking confirmations and receipts, and to operate your account if you have one. Where the law requires separate consent, we ask for it explicitly.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (sending booking confirmation emails) each receive only the data they need to do their job. We also use hosting and infrastructure providers to run this site. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and account data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal (including tax) obligations. We are still finalizing exact retention schedules for each data category — see the note below.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or request a copy in a portable format. Contact cleanhomes2025@gmail.com for any of these. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Poland's data protection authority (UODO — Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
This policy is a good-faith starting point describing this app's real, current data practices. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and should be before being relied on as the business's sole compliance document.
