Our services
We connect customers with vetted cleaning professionals for home, office, window, and upholstery cleaning, as described on this site. Prices shown include VAT and are calculated based on the service and quantities you select.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is completed via our payment provider, Stripe, in test or live mode as applicable. You'll receive an email confirmation and receipt once payment is verified.
Changes and cancellations
To reschedule or cancel a booking, contact us directly at cleanhomes2025@gmail.com or +48 512 297 611 as soon as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate you. A formal cancellation-fee schedule is still being finalized.
Liability
We work only with vetted, insured cleaning professionals. Our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law.
